What You'll Do in This Job: The Project Coordinator works with account managers, sales managers, and technical resources to make sure the stuff we sell our clients gets done
You will be:
- Managing the workflow of sales requests, projects proposals, quote delivery and project delivery.
- Coordinating technical resources and client schedules to execute work on agreed upon timelines.
- Generating reports, schedules, and documents for the account management team.
- Attending sales meetings to take notes and prepare sales requests for the project process.
- Analyzing projects after completion for lessons learned and to see how we can improve
