What you'll do

You will report to the Platform Engineering Manager by installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal/external computer hardware and software systems to deliver CSG's product offerings.
Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades to CSG products and any supporting thirdparty software used to support our products.
Participate with the other teams involved in delivery (Development & Project Management).
Implement troubleshooting and bug fixing for solutions once in place.
Support the development team in releases and promotions (including core upgrades) from development to production, as defined by Best Practices.
Assist in the identification and analysis of the internal/external client's technical requirements.

You should have

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English in a business environment is a must.

years of experience in infrastructure related positions, such as system administrator, technical support and others.

Great knowledge in Linux and proficiency in SQL development (Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS SQL Server)
Basic Cloud knowledge (preferrable if has knowledge with AWS, networking, storage, containers, etc.)
