About the Role:

As the Site Leader, your primary role involves leading our Texpon, Bogota manufacturing operations. You will be entrusted with maintaining high standards across production, quality, service, safety, performance, and cost targets.

A significant part of your role will involve integrating the site into the Essity ethos, implementing manufacturing standards, and fostering continuous operational improvement.

In addition, you'll act as our ambassador, representing our Site's technological prowess and production capabilities to internal and external stakeholders, while promoting Essity's dedication to manufacturing excellence.

Reporting to the VP Product Supply Medical, your collaborations with various group functions will be essential.

What You Will Do:

Steer the execution of manufacturing operations, aligning operational safety, quality, delivery, performance, and cost with site objectives.
Monitor production processes for efficiency, maximizing manpower and equipment utility.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to foster continuous operational improvement.
Develop and spearhead strategic initiatives in alignment with our business strategy.
Investigate and introduce innovative manufacturing processes to optimize costs and enhance product quality.

Who You Are:

A university graduate or holder of an equivalent degree in a relevant field.
An experienced, customerfocused leader, ideally from the FMCG or MedTech industry.
A selfstarter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to overcome challenges.
Proficient in leading change while fostering productive relationships with all stakeholders.
A compelling communicator capable of inspiring a team and providing clear direction.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Skilled in using MS-Office tools and SAP.
