Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable creating and sending short videos to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn as a networking and leadgeneration tool
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a goaloriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send personalized short videos to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and explaining their benefits.
- Use video as a tool to establish rapport and capture attention, effectively conveying our value proposition.
- Conduct outbound calls, introducing our company to potential clients, and initiating conversations to understand their needs.
- Articulate the features and benefits of our offerings, aiming to generate interest and schedule further discussions.
- Leverage LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decisionmakers in target industries.
- Actively engage with industry groups, share relevant content, and establish yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and generating interest.
- Handle objections effectively, provide information, and schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions, track progress, and prioritize leads.
- Ensure prompt followup on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share market insights, and refine outreach techniques.
- Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to enhance our overall business development efforts.
Conditions
- Basic Salary: Mutual Agreement
- Schedule: 48h per Week
