Requirements:


  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable creating and sending short videos to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn as a networking and leadgeneration tool
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a goaloriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and send personalized short videos to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and explaining their benefits.
  • Use video as a tool to establish rapport and capture attention, effectively conveying our value proposition.
  • Conduct outbound calls, introducing our company to potential clients, and initiating conversations to understand their needs.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of our offerings, aiming to generate interest and schedule further discussions.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decisionmakers in target industries.
  • Actively engage with industry groups, share relevant content, and establish yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and generating interest.
  • Handle objections effectively, provide information, and schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions, track progress, and prioritize leads.
  • Ensure prompt followup on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share market insights, and refine outreach techniques.
  • Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to enhance our overall business development efforts.

  • Basic Salary: Mutual Agreement
  • Schedule: 48h per Week
  • Days off: based on ops needs
