Business Intelligence Sr Analyst to be in
Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose:


The Business Intelligence Sr Analyst is a key player in the Digital Transformation of Deliver organization, being responsible for understanding end-to-end Customer Service processes and analyzing operations, market and commercial data, translating that into insights and communicating them to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and visual fashion.

In addition, this role will also be responsible for researching and gaining broad knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices, suggesting business improvements, and identifying risks.


You will be responsible for:


  • Build analytics tools to deliver impactful insights into operational efficiency, process effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Create data model tools and implement Data Science initiatives.
  • Participate in crossfunctional collaborations with internal and external data science teams
  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports through BI tools to create Insights and thus provide new business strategies (Operational DB, Order Automation detailed DB, CEX Financial DB, etc)
  • New developments of connectivity tools integrating business needs with new technologies available for process automation (macros, RPA, OCR, ML)
  • Database administration (SAP BtB, SAP Project One, Salesforce, IC Business Manager)
  • Daily update of metrics for calls, chats, case management and attendance ININ system support
  • Contribute with creative and innovative ideas to advance the maturity of Customer Systems team

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics.
  • Depth of knowledge in analytics including data management and visualization tools, data engineering, data science.

Experience and Skills:


Required:

- +2~4 years of confirmed experience in Supply-Chain Management and/or Data-Analytics.

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and other major systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, Genesys.
  • Ability to transform dataanalysis into practical insights with tangible outcomes. Predict trends facilitating the process of longterm planning and avoiding issues happening
  • Capable of achieving results in a highlymatrixed and global environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, able to effectively communicate insights from data with both peers and executives
  • Comfortable leading with ambiguity and rapidly shifting business conditions.

Preferred:


  • Strong data collection and analytical skills with a consistent awareness to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience solving complex business issues through datarelated tools.
  • Trackrecord of consolidating data from diverse sources, analytics, modeling, and data visualization of analytic findings.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills; multitask, problem solve, prioritize.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of crossfunctional teams, such warehouse and transportation, customer services, international trade, compliance, process excellence, engineering, IT, and finance.

Other:


  • Fluency in English. Portuguese proficiency is as plus.
