    The Role

    As an Operations Specialist, you will support the daily operations of the FinDox service, a loan document aggregation/compliance service for our customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update data on FinDox
    • Process high volumes of time-sensitive emails
    • Ensure data quality and workflow consistency
    • Organize virtual files and folders
    • Assist with new hire training and updating internal training materials

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
    • Experience working in fast-paced environments and/or experience with time-sensitive activities (a plus)
    • 1-5 years of work experience
