    Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver a superior Customer experience to the customers.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client, CX, FIN, GSC teams in terms of financial operations.
  • Understanding of the job costing systems and processes that ensure proper customer experience through our invoice and Supplier experience through PO creation & payment process.
  • Audit client's invoices as per SLA.
  • Collect client's invoices, run invoices matching, do dispute handling (if apply) and pass the clean invoices to the customer's account payable team.
  • Comply with SLA/Process for job costing routines and other internal activities such as WF resolution & ICB cleaning.
  • Comply with client's SLA/Process regarding freight audit and the agreed financial tasks.
  • Be the primary point of contact for Customer, act as a bridge between customer and its Logistics Parties regarding invoices.
  • Ensure flawless invoicing execution against instructions from CX.
  • Ensure flawless PO creation against instructions from CX.
  • Running suitable reports to monitor current state & execute daily what needs to be executed to control the assigned process.
  • Provide proper visibility regarding the invoicing audit process and disputes.
  • Follow up on open items with client's LSP.
  • Detect issues that result in incorrect/delayed job costing and foster collaborative root cause analysis (internal) and to impact client's financial statements.
  • What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration
  • 1 year of Experience in similar position in a similar company/operations.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Excel Intermediate (know how to build dynamic tables and simple Macros)
  • Power Point – Is able to build professional KPI presentations.
