We are on the hunt for proactive Business Development Representatives (BDR) who thrive in engaging with potential clients across various industries.

Your role will involve presenting our bespoke outsourcing services, from staffing solutions to IT talent pooling, ensuring businesses understand the breadth and adaptability of our offerings.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Advocate for RAM Talent Solutions' unique value propositions to potential clients.
  • Serve as a pivotal business development representative for assigned territories in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Cultivate leads from both inbound inquiries and proactive cold calling to progress them to salesqualified stages.
  • Collaborate diligently with the Sales Team on lead generation, ensuring a consistent and thriving sales pipeline.
  • Daily management and reporting within our CRM.
  • Efficiently transition highquality marketing leads to sales readiness.
  • Ensure leads transition to qualified sales opportunities.
  • Rigorously vet leads passed on from Lead Assigners.
  • Monitor and report on the revenue potential of generated leads.
  • Forecast and exceed targets related to lead qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and present product/service details effectively.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, highpressure environment.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an innate drive to succeed.
  • Proven track record of active lead generation and prospecting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and datadriven sales strategies.
  • Minimum two years of B2B inside sales or similar experience; prior experience in BPO or IT staffing is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in selling to highlevel executives.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and processes.
  • Resilience, optimism, and adaptability are musthave traits.
