Nível académico:

Tecnólogo o técnico en Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones, informática,
electrónica o afines. (graduado)
Conocimientos comprobables en ITIL Foundation


Experiência mínima (años):
2 años de experiência en soporte técnico en sitio, conocimientos
generales en redes, sistemas operativos Win7, W10. Manejo de
herramienta de gestión ITSM.


Habilidades conductuales:

Comunicación oral y escrita, orientación al detalle, enfoque en el cliente
