- Strategize with the Global Director of Cowork to create the Cowork's strategic growth plan and revisit periodically
- Work with Brand to incorporate Selina's values into the Cowork offerings, as well as our messaging and marketing
- Identify the best channels for sales and marketing and implement a successful sales process.
- Create partnerships to strengthen the community, drive brand awareness and cowork revenue.
- Manage all day to day operations of the cowork for smooth sailing
- Create a stellar community experience in collaboration with the community team. This is a combination of weekly community events, engaging the online community, work with community partners, etc.
- Periodically review Cowork Satisfaction scores and feedback and work with the location team to continuously improve our Cowork Experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders, Community Residents and other people in our team to manage our coworking space and community.
- Report to the Director of Cowork and/or Leadership team on the product status, strategy and performance on a regular basis.
- Degree within the subject of Travel, Tourism, or Management desired but not required.
- Prior experience within the Cowork, Digital Nomad, Travel industry.
- Preferable experience with a renowned Cowork Operator
- A natural community builder with a passion for connecting people.
- Strong written and oral skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Deep knowledge of Selina's target audience.
- Strong work ethic and proactively manages multiple high priority projects
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish
