s looking for a bilingual Paralegal qualified to engage in fluent conversation in English and Spanish, customer-oriented service and professionalism.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paralegal to join our team.

This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, coupled with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case management.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for the case.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
• Organize and maintain documents in an electronic or paper filing system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in workers' compensation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and protocol.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  Mandatory minimum of C1 English level.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
• A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
