    This Short Term Assignment will take place from January 22 until June 30th 2024

    Leads resource for dealing with highly complex sales/customer account/commercial leadership issues; identifies and resolves highly complex strategic and operating issues; builds strategic framework and processes to increase customer satisfaction; leads the development of strategies for modern trade channel; identifies areas of improvement/business model change for long term sustainability. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

    Position Overview:
    Responsible to lead system commercial strategies implementation (Picture of success) for Supermarkets, C. Stores, Pharmacies among others organized retailers, identifying key opportunities alongside to guarantee channel strategy implementation, delivering revenues, transactions and volume objectives.

    Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

    • Tailors and implement the OU strategies and Picture of success to the Zone/Customer particularities, ensuring consistency and maximizing adopt vs. adapt.
    • Responsible for the implementation of the Calendar of activities.
    • Implement strategies and solutions to accelerate expansion/impact of commercial assets –especially cold drink equipment - and establish performance tracking systems to advance execution with focus on Picture of success implementation.
    • Work closely with the Bottlers to improve internal processes, support tools implementation (eg. CokeNet) and RTM revisions, to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance go-to-market.
    • Partner with Channel Strategy area to support key initiatives executing @ brick and mortar, amplifying them through digital and e-commerce business. Supported by tools and capabilities leveraged by Executional Intelligence area.
    • Participate in channel commercial capabilities development thru cross-collaborating with RGM to guarantee a long-term sustainable multi-category OBPPC, VTM for new models design, Market Assets to continue building our edge @ the POS and CCRM for channel sustainability and Customer long term engagement.
    • Track channel main indicators (e.g. SOM, SO$, SOVI, RED, Price Compliance, etc.), review business performance, and design impactful actions to improve it, when results are below targets. Continuously share information, insights and knowledge with KO System, developing platforms to materialize those insights into actions.

    Education Requirements:
    Industrial Engineer or business administration or any other career in superior education level with demonstrate experience in commercial area.

    Related Work Experience:
    5+ years of experience in Commercial Execution in Modern trade channel.

    • Problem solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills, and a good working knowledge of digital solutions and machine learning models.
    • Outstanding influencing skills and cross-functional collaborative working standards.
    • Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence our multi-functional system teams.
    • To be successful, this role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.
    • Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, to ensure that Commercial Execution concepts and programs are embedded in channel strategies, customer programs, and execution plans to ensure effectively deployment in each market
