This position is responsible for supervising and coordinate all electromechanical maintenance services as well as to sycn technicians' duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

And to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.


It also supports the Facilities Manager on the building maintenance and operations, contract services, budget, third party vendor management, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies; ensuring that the portfolio operates in consistency with regional programs and company/client policies and/or standard operational procedures.

It will also be accountable to work with the client to resolve complex key risks, issues and concerns; advise on remediation, mitigation strategies and act as point of contact for client audits, testing and assessments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitors the Maintenance Technicians team and, coordinate daily tasks in coordination with the Facilities Manager and/or other touch point organizations to make things happen.

Support the team on their day-to-day activities by performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain facility's equipment as well as basic administrative tasks such manage/place Purchases Orders, budget controls, collecting and keep data up-to-date to feed operational key performance indicators dashboards.

Performs scheduled maintenance repairs and provide emergency/unscheduled repairs support.
Supervise preventive scheduled maintenance services provided by third parties or the property owner. Keeping a close communication with it to timely escalate issues and address solutions.
Manage/Address service tickets within applicable SLAs.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform a variety of electrical, plumbing, painting, dry walls fixes and other electromechanical systems/equipment minor maintenance/adjustment/testing functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.


Requirements:


Academic Background:

Technical School Diploma/Degree as minimum or equivalent number of years of working experience as maintenance/supervision. Electromechanical Engineering degree is a plus


Experience:

2+ years of experience in similar roles in corporate offices managing electromechanical equipment and engineering/maintenance teams/third party vendors.

Working experience and/or knowledge of MS Office (excel, outlook, word, Web-based ticketing systems) is highly desirable.


Skills:

Ability to manage people and third party vendors to bring to life CLIENT' vision for Integrated Facilities Management Services.

High Customer Service attitude as the ability to provide a practical and innovative service experience to the Client and internal associates.

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to enable a conducive, responsive and proactive environment with a high teamwork and co-operation spirit among partners (third party vendors, business key stakeholders, colleagues and/or property owners)
Requires a good level of verbal and written communication skills.


Languages:

Intermediate English is desirable.
