IT- Trainee

Location:

GSC BOG
Support the IT department in everything relevant to information systems, data management, ticket support, installation preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to intern users, helping them to solve problems and answer questions.
Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
Collaborate with the team on software and/or IT infrastructure development projects.
Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and security of internal systems.
Maintain uptodate documentation on configuration, procedures and changes.

Skills / Requirements:

Active student of a technology program related to Information Technology IT.
Approval of internship by SENA.
Knowledge in operating systems (preferably Windows), networking, hardware and/or programming (JAVA, Python, C++).
Experience with Office Software (Microsoft Office 365).
Technical problemsolving skills and ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Customer Service.
