Profile

As a controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

Your expertise will drive data-informed decisions, guide resource allocation, and contribute to our continued growth trajectory.

What would you do?

Collaborate closely with C-Level executives, departmental leaders and the Head of Finance to strategically craft budgets and forecasts.
Take a pivotal role in safeguarding the sanctity of Sales Reporting data, ensuring its pertinence and timeliness.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports tailored for comprehensive management evaluation. These reports entail a detailed. exploration of Gross-ToNet, Sales, and Margin variances, incorporating actionable suggestions to elevate and protect profitability, among other critical insights.
Facilitate the Sales team's comprehension of sales dynamics, portfolio performance, margin structures, and potential future outcomes, while conducting comprehensive analysis of key sales KPIs.
Deliver robust Financial Analysis & Reporting for both the company's operational processes and intricate business cases.
Take proactive measures to fortify the integrity of our internal control framework while spearheading process enhancement initiatives and shaping impactful policy developments that influence the department.
Participate in the process of monthly closing.

Your experience has been shaped by:

Profound familiarity with BI Reporting Tools, CRM systems, and adeptness in IT Business Models.
Exposure or expertise in revenue recognition protocols.
Adept in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) or adept at sales analysis.
Proficiency with ERPs, including QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP, is considered an advantage.

Your SuperPowers

Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
At least 7 years of experience in the Controller position with a strong emphasis on P&L areas (revenue, HeadCounts, R&D).
Experience in FP&A or sales analysis, guiding pivotal executive decisions with precision.
Proficient in advanced analytics, transforming complex data into strategic imperatives.
Fluent C1-Level English proficiency.
Advanced mastery in Microsoft Excel, leveraging its capabilities for intricate financial modeling, paired with adept use of Google Sheets.
Adept communicator, fostering robust relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Methodical, disciplined, and detailoriented, driving consistent outcomes.
Proactive problem solver, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and ingenuity.
Essential team player, fostering cohesion and amplifying collective achievements.
Having more than three years of experience in the technology field, particularly in SaaS and startups, is a plus.
