Sobre el rol

Como Practicante Universitario en Talent Acquisition se requerirán competencias, destrezas, cualidades humanas, habilidades técnicas y sociales para el desarrollo y ejercicio completo de las responsabilidades asignadas, como la entrega de resultados oportuna en mantener al día la cuota SENA, asistiendo a Ferias laborales y solicitando a tiempo los exámenes de ingreso, con el fin de cumplir metas laborales y personales.

Funciones:

Apoyo del proceso de selección (cuota SENA y perfiles Junior)
Relacionamiento con los Institutos de educación superior
Apoyo en procesos de bienestar, Operaciones y a los HRBPS

Cómo podrás ser exitoso

Estar habilitado para el comienzo de Practicas Universitarias (noveno o decimo semestre)
Poder firmar el contrato de aprendizaje
Ingles intermedio
Residir en Bogotá o alrededores
Manejo de Office
Habilidades de comunicación a la hora de entrevistar o comunicarse con personas externas o internas
Capacidad de investigación en la búsqueda de información relevante para generar convenios con universidades y para las ferias laborales
