About the Job

As Human Resources Analyst, You Will

Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employee status
Maintain databases with detailed catalogs and categories, explaining findings to senior leadership
Process and respond to queries in a timely manner
Foster a healthy workplace by ensuring HR procedures run smoothly at all time
Collect, compile, create and maintain HR Data from a variety of sources, ensuring compliance with data privacy and best practices
Optimize and implement new data processes and systems
Solve inquiries with great people skills

Requirements:

As Human Resources Analyst, You Have

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field desired
Previous work experience as an Data Analyst is preferred
Handson experience with Human Resources Information
Systems knowledge will be a plus (HRIS or other)
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs
High proficiency with formulas and pivot tables
Programming skills such as Javascript or other coding languages
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people, both internally and externally
Superior attention to detail
Excellent time and project management skills
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fastpaced environment
