This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our
Bogota, Colombia Office.

We are seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Agent with a strong work ethic to join our CHATCOMMANDER Department.

The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for the company and our clients.

This person will interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites (via Live Chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in real time.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and support their needs
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team
  • May assist with overflow work and office duties as needed

Qualifications:


  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Articulate and wellaccustomed to a clientfacing role
  • Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
  • Have a process improvement mindset
  • Must be humble and a "get it done" attitude
  • Tech savvy and be able to work in a fastpaced environment
