Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes
- Escalations
- Standard Desktop Support
- Troubleshooting networking, Software and issues related to: Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Firewall, Server, Network Connectivity and functionality
- Handle IT Service Ticketing system and close out pending or outstanding job request using Connect wise platform
- Analyze the current network structure and submit quarterly comprehensive reports to executive team on how to make the network more efficient
Requirements:
- Professional/ Advanced English
- Updated USA Visa
- Great attitude, flexible and a team player.
- Familiarity with Networking Services
- Proficient with handling Servers and systems for effective troubleshooting
- Familiar with Azure Active Directory
- Level 2 engineer / Tier 2 High understanding of resolution.
- Good Communication skills, ability to handle escalated issues.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN routing, wireless and firewall administration.
Systems & Network Administrators
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with departmental managers to determine future systems & network needs and plan for system changes
- Develop methods to be used to test and implement new equipment.
- Create projects that are designed to either add functionality required by the company or to address ongoing system or network failure issues
- Engage in regular systems and network troubleshooting activities and resolve them or scalate with proper documentation on steps taken
- Analyze the current IT infrastructure and submit quarterly comprehensive reports to the executive team on how to make them more efficient
Requirements:
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Great attitude, flexible, and a team player.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Server Technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience with Technical experience in a Server/Network Admin role and MSP experience, industry certifications (
MCSE / MCSA / CCNA, etc.) preferred but not required. - Must Reside or available to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Pay:
From $5,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
