The Role

Understanding legal issues surrounding governance of international consultancy, insurance and (re)insurance brokers' products, labor matters;
Provided support in corporate governance administration, including but limited to liaising with shareholders, executive board meetings, and shareholders meetings;
Drafting, negotiating, amending commercial agreements relating to the provision of consultancy, broker and agency services;
Providing general guidance to business operations on legal and regulatory issues arising out of the provision of consultancy, broking or agency services;
Responded to requirements fromlocal regulator, judges, or other local authorities;
Managing and resolving contentious claims against brokers and consultancy services providers;

- languages: very good English is required (both written and oral proficiency). Portuguese is a bonus.

The Requirements

You will have strong academic qualifications and gained experience either inhouse in an insurance environment or at a specialist (re)insurance law firm.
You will be a Spanish speaker.
