What We Are Seeking
We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid growth across Latam. As an Accounting Assistant support accounting analysis, and financial information input based on policies established by the company.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare banks information
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Skills:
Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in public accounting.
Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge
Experience
1 ́years of experience in local taxation law (tax audits, local compliance, tax reporting)
IFRS Knowledge
USGAAP knowledge (desirable)
Workday ERP knowledge (desirable)
