Your responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Purpose driven: Improve patients lives
  • Innovation mindset
  • Formulate and coordinate marketing activities working with cross functional teams
  • Agile and project management mindset.
  • Marketing campaigns followup (KPIs tracking) and suggesting adjustment in real time to improve results.
  • Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing Neuro-Inmuno products according to the product life cycle.
  • Support budget planning process (patient to sales understanding and investment managment) to assure an outstanding financial brand performances.
  • Cocreate content such us product videos, brand visual aids, webinars, etc (promotional and nonpromotional materials) to leverage the brand strategies.
  • Develop relationship with advertising agencies to support the execution of brand projects.
  • Identify brand and customer opportunities to hypergrowth the results in the therapeutic area.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Marketing or Access functions
  • Basic knowledge of the healthcare system and good project management experience.
  • Data analyses and Financial advance skills
  • English at a fluent level.
