We are hiring the best talent for SOX AUDIT COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR
to be located in
Bogotá, Colombia.


This role is responsible to provide compliance support through the transformation J&J is undertaking within its Global Payroll and HR business process outsourcing model.

He/ she will report to the HR Payroll Compliance Manager in Bogota.


The Payroll delivery organization within Global Services provides accounting services that span across the following key controls: Master File Maintenance, Payroll Processing, Benefits, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Payroll Cutoff, Sales Commissions, Interfaces, and User Access /SOD.

These services are provided through resources deployed in approximately 78 countries across the globe.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify payroll compliance risks in processes and controls as it relates to HR/Payroll to the Global Process Owners, Global Compliance Team, HR and HRIT Shared Services, Senior Leadership, Global Internal Audit, and External Auditors.
  • Support all compliance efforts as it relates to a business process outsourcing model and ensure standardization and simplification of processes are met via deployments.
  • Liaison with payroll operating countries to discuss payroll related issues, policies, procedures and make recommended adjustments as necessary.
  • Provides compliance status updates to supervisor and stakeholders on key performance indicators of compliance as it relates to deployments.

Experience and Skills:


Required:

  • Has at least 35 years expertise on internal controls, risk management and assessments, global shared services and business driven processes and methodologies.
  • Strong technical background of processes within HR/Payroll systems such as Workday and an outsourcing model (e.g. ADP).
  • Experience with an ERP system (Payroll modules of SAP preferred)
  • Must have the ability to interact with employees at all levels and possess excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact skillfully and confidently with internal stakeholders and colleagues to develop ideas, identify opportunities, influence outcomes.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment using conflict resolution; problem solving, strong leadership, modeling and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent English level. Advance Portuguese language desirable
