Purpose of the position:
The Solar advisor has an opportunity to change the course of history by helping our world become a cleaner, greener place The Solar Advisor explains the benefits of switching to solar to homeowners.
Your duties will include analyzing the needs of the customer, calculating resources, preparing quotes, demonstrating our products, and providing after-sales support.
Ultimately, a top-class Solar Advisor builds a rapport with customers and provides them with tailor-made solar solutions.
To ensure success as a Solar Advisor, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for solar energy, and a solid background in sales; also should be a great communicator, customer service oriented, professional, personable, and coachable.

The Customer Success Executive will call the homeowners to talk about the benefits and cost savings when switching to solar energy.
The main tasks are:
- Meeting with customers in remote video calls.
- Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
- Demonstrating company solar products in a working environment.
- Gathering information to accurately identify the customer's solar needs.
- Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer's needs.
- Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer's solar installation.
- Creating fully customized energy packagers for largescale solar installations.
- Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit basic information.
- Providing aftersales service including courtesy.
- Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
- Completing sales order paperwork.

Requirements:

- Proficient English speaker (C1/C2, advanced, proficiency, bilingual or native)
- Own a reliable PC/Laptop
- Able to work 8 net hours per day between, flexible, maybe early in the morning or late at night according to customer's schedule.
- Having a background in sales, B2B sales, or marketing is highly desirable
