ROLE SUMMARY
Own portfolio/ brand strategy for the market.

Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in the country.

This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans for a strong customer experience while creating sustainable value and ensuring that talent within the team is adequately developed, engaged, and providing results.

The position reports to the Category Lead position.


RESPONSABILITIES - Core components- Fluency in Business English (advanced levels only)- Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree or MBA desired- 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or relevant function.- Demonstrated business and financial acumen- Strategic thinking & analytical skills- Product launch experience desirable- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Acts decisively & Seizes accountability in a complex and fast-moving environment- Interpersonal skills, able to interact with a variety of key stakeholders across Pfizer, influencing without authority.
