    Retail Execution Coordinator is responsible to analyze and comprehend information, dynamics and needs in order to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade). Ensure a flawless execution at POS (point of sales) of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure (KWOW). Provides insight around categories performance and shoppers.

    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Align priorities and initiatives by Retail Environment with the merchandisers agency
  • Identify opportunities to increase the rotation of products at point of sale by category and channel, their territory in the CORE (share, inv. asset depletion, mixing and performance scanner) customers.
  • Trading volume sales of all categories with each client , according to estimates from each of their accounts (DSF)
  • Give feedback commercial activities in POS (competition, launches, OOS, etc.) to improve decision-making.
  • Visit the premises of their customers (offices, distribution centers and RE) to find opportunities to improve the rotation of our products

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 1 year and 6 months of business experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors) and Key customers across geographies.
