    Job Overview


    TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

    What your background should look like:


    Responsibilities.


    • Based on the specialized reports- generated by different sources, establish a contact list at the different countries on the projects for the Utility Energy segment and use a methodical and consistent approach to establish the contact with the key stakeholders in each company. Once all the initial steps are done hand over the process to the specific Account or Sales Manager of the country-

    • Get as many details as possible add them to the SFDC Opportunity Pipeline and after confirming all the information, prepare the handover to the proper Sales Engineer of the region.

    • While contacting potential customers to uncover all the details related to the Business Opportunity, identify what competitors are already involved in the account and if possible, uncover their key product offerings.

    • Manage scheduled interactions with assigned accounts and build customer partnerships through value proposition and Excellent Customer Experience (ECE)

    • Nurture / Develop prospect customers through outbound reach and enhance influencing skills for effective relationship management and communication.

    • Understanding of competitive landscape and ability to perform competitive analysis.

    • Manage MQL (leads) ‐ prioritization, follow‐up, conversion.

    • Drives brand awareness and positioning with our customers (solutions and capabilities).

    • Understand landscape of underserved customer/market.

    • Learns TE products and capabilities of current BU.

    Requirements.

    Experience:


    • 3-5 years of sales experience

    • Relevant product or industry experience desired.

    • Experience in extensive customer interactions to uncover details related to Distribution, Substation and Transmission Projects for the customers related to the Utility Energy segment.

    Education:


    • Bachelor's technical or business degree preferred

    • Portuguese and English knowledge desirable
