    Position: Sales Representative (Latam Only - For Active Candidate Pooling)
    Location:
    Remote (Full-time)

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in Latin America.
    2. Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and pitch our products/services to meet sales targets.
    3. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and address any inquiries or concerns.
    5. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance.
    6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales.
    • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese; proficiency in English is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
