Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, revising and solidifying a wide range of agreements in both Chinese and English

Manage and organize records of agreements, Intellectual Property and other legal documents

Maintain client files

Provide general administrative support to the legal team and contribute to the overall legal operations.

Perform legal search as directed by the legal team or management

Other tasks directed by the legal team or management
