Your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's success in the dynamic advertising industry.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead the forefront in sourcing and attracting premier talent across Latin America, spanning sales, IT, operations, and support areas.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, utilizing diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and outsourcing to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough CV screenings, interviews, and guide the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of top-notch talent.
  • Champion an unparalleled candidate experience, fostering seamless communication and unwavering support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate intimately with hiring managers to sculpt captivating job descriptions and pioneer innovative recruitment methodologies.
  • Navigate the negotiation of job offers and oversee country-specific paperwork, ensuring adherence to local regulations and requirements.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of the recruitment process, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to elevate recruitment outcomes.
  • Remain ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks, integrating best practices to optimize our talent acquisition processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with labor laws and regulations across regions.
  • Drive initiatives to amplify our employer brand through strategic marketing endeavors and active community engagement.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational context, especially for Latin America
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting talent across multiple functions, including sales, IT, operations, and support areas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across Latin American countries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on surpassing performance targets.
