Job Summary:
The Intelligent Automation Lead is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Intelligent Automation research department.

They will be responsible for hiring and managing the team, setting the research agenda, and communicating the department's findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Set the research agenda for the Intelligent Automation research department.
Hire and manage the team of Intelligent Automation researchers.
Communicate the department's findings to stakeholders.
Stay uptodate on the latest trends in Intelligent Automation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the Intelligent Automation ecosystem

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

BS in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in development, Intelligent Automation, AI or data science.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with research and development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
General understanding of business processes in industries like Finance, Healthcare and Retail.

Knowledge and Experience

AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikitlearn.
Big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
Cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
HTML, CCS and Javascript.
Develop and consume third party REST APIs.
Natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV).
Machine learning (ML) algorithms, such as regression, classification, and clustering.
Data mining and statistical analysis.
Relational database design and implementation.
Business Intelligence solutions, such as Power BI and Tableau including data visualization techniques.
