- Collect, analyze, and provide recommendations on configuration information.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer network information and packet trace data.
- Recommend actions based on analysis.
- Provide customer education through webinars, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
- Offer software recommendations and conduct bug scrub reports.
- Test and upgrade customer devices in a lab environment, providing a comprehensive report.
- Develop best practice deployment and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Follow up on technical cases, manage expectations, and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct weekly status conference calls to report on open issues and projects.
- Prepare quarterly reports for managed accounts.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the network industry.
- Strong network security and routing experience.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Asset: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Scripting and Windows server app experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Will travel as needed.
