    Requirements

    • Fluency in English is essential due to the necessity of attending meetings with users, where troubleshooting tasks may be required.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server is a must, as most of the requests we receive need script execution.
    • Prior experience within support teams is preferred.
    • Familiarity with usage of a ticketing tool is required. Responsibilities
    • Availability on an hourly basis is crucial for our Oncall service. Expect to be called upon during critical issues which tends to occur 3-4 times a month, these tasks are shared amongst the team.
    • Must exhibit proactiveness.
    • Manage application support by using a ticketing tool (Jira), also involves troubleshooting, and understanding the application processes.
    • Required to enter calls with other teams for critical issues and cases.
    • Expected to assist with application metrics, may also offer suggestions to the client.
    • Interest in the project you will be supporting is highly encouraged
