Job description

• Ensuring the satisfaction of your portfolio of clients is achieved.

• Creating and validating new projects (verifying and validating the correct configuration of supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, receiving and processing Purchase Orders)

• Maintaining close monitoring on renewing projects following the reception of Purchase Order

• Ensuring Suppliers and Clients validate timesheets and fixing potential issues.

• Maintaining a strong alignment with the Account Manager

• Ensuring a perfect billing flow with a strong collaboration with finance team

• Promoting continuous improvement in sales administration processes through valuable feedback

• Fulfilling any other support that is needed to meet business needs.

• You have excellent oral & written communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus)

• You possess minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support or any related Service field (preferably for digital products)

• You hold degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields

• Ability to tackle complexity and pay attention to details with an analytical mind

• You enjoy working both independently as well as part of team.
