IFC's Human Resources (HR) Department provides strategic partnership to the business to develop and implement workforce strategies and meet organizational goals, including attracting, developing, and deploying diverse and skilled talent.

Client Services - offers strategic HR partnership, program implementation, support, and solutions to staff and management globally;
-
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - supports the organization to build a diverse workforce, embrace equity, and foster an inclusive workplace;

Employment Framework and Recruitment - develops and supports HR strategy, policies/procedures, communications, and knowledge management; drives HR initiatives, such as staff engagement and Board reporting; and delivers recruitment solutions;

Talent and Incentives - designs best practice HR solutions in onboarding, mentoring, career management and mobility, performance/talent management, incentives and awards, and leadership development.


IFC is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (Extended Term Temporary) to be based in Bogota, Colombia or Sao Paulo, Brazil to support the rollout and strategic implementation of an end-to-end recruitment model in Latin America and Caribbean region.

The position will report to the Global Recruitment Team Lead.


Duties and Accountabilities:


  • Conduct longlisting, with due attention to business requirements.
  • Track requisition status and relevant metrics to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support recruitment drives and batch hiring processes for the region.
  • Support talent outreach events in the region and actively promote IFC as an employer of choice.

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience handling high volume human resources transactions, including recruitments, or equivalent combination of education and professional HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and HR systems/software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and responsiveness and ability to manage multiple demanding clients.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity in solving problems and getting tasks done.
  • Positive, open, collaborative, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to multitask, deal with fastpaced environment, and meet deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with others in a multicultural environment.
