Remote Fluent - English Customer Support and Training Agent

Treshna Enterprises is a high-end open source software development company, based within the EPIC IT hub in central Christchurch, New Zealand.

We've been developing software for a range of industries over multiple platforms since 1995.

With an ethical approach, we work closely with our clients to develop products that have a global reach.

We have a full-time (contract) Customer Support and Training position available.

As this job is working from home, you can work from any location within the Colombia area, or in fact anywhere in the same (or similar) timezone.

We are looking for people with great service and communication skills, who believe in placing a priority on the customer experience.

You will be training our clients in the use of our software so ideally you will have some experience in the area of customer service and training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming support calls
• Carrying out scheduled training with clients
• Answering phone based sales inquiries and passing on to the sales team for further follow up

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills. Be polite, empathetic and confident on the phone.
• A good general knowledge of technology. You should be a regular internet user with a good internet connection.
• Empathy and patience to deal with customers with different backgrounds and levels of technical ability. You'll be clear, patient and pleasant.
• Good time management skills. Since this is a remote working position, you'll need to be organised, motivated, a "selfstarter" and can work unsupervised.
• An analytical approach to problem solving and the patience to work through a range of queries.

This is a full-time contract position of 40 hours per week.
