Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • As Manager of the accounting area within the team, the main focus of this role is to manage the respective team members and to be responsible for creating and maintaining sustainable, accurate and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct accounting treatment is applied
  • Perform monthendclosing, corrections and indepth analysis of accounting topics to ensure the accuracy in the financial statement
  • Prepare/update documentation of accounting and reporting procedures
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Understanding of complex accounting matters,.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with differente changes
  • Ability to mediate and bring different stakeholders
  • Deadline driven, resultsoriented, highly responsible and accountable.
  • Must be extremely proactive, have strong initiative and be selfmotivated.
  • Good problemsolving skills; strong decisionmaking skills
  • Must have strong accounting skills.
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Fluency in written & spoken English.
  • Advanced in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience preferred
