JANSSEN CILAG S.A. is recruiting for a Strategy & Projects Leader LAN, located in Bogotá, Colombia


General Description:

  • The strategic project leader will support the Managing Director and local board in driving forth the strategic planning agenda for LAN (definition, execution, and monitoring). The person will work in close partnership with LAN directors following up on OKR and Key initiatives conceptions and monitoring through its implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director and local board in:
  • The annual strategic planning exercise ensuring alignment with Janssen's LATAM regional strategy.

Managing the CVTL and CTW4P calendar of meetings and discussions, managing minutes, and templates, and following up on actions committed.

Managing the business cycles agenda - LRFP, Brand Plans, Business plans calendar, and guidelines co-definition with core board members.- Continue to evolve the LAN Board scorecard for business key metrics monitoring and tracking evolution, looking for ways to automize and have real-time KPIs for business leaders' discussion.


  • Incubate a consistent process and governance model for conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives to be executed through the year according to the strategic agenda.
  • Acts as a consultant or facilitator to conceptualize crossfunctional projects working together with project leaders and sponsors during the conceptualization.
  • Lead the Launch excellence process, monitoring, and communication activities for the cluster.
  • Work in partnership with the Communications team, to ensure aligned and consistent communication of the strategy through the different channels of the organization.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; a master's or additional certification is a plus.
  • The person should have strong leadership by influence, strategic thinking, and project management skills. He/She will manage multiple projects simultaneously that involves internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced English is a must/required.
  • Excellent communicational skills (written and oral), a person easy to connect with and establish good relationships at all levels. The ability to influence and negotiate without specific authority is important for achieving execution results.
  • Experience managing timelines, budget, risks for each project, and ability to respond flexibly to changing project priorities and work assignments
  • Experience with "agile, scrum, design thinking, etc. will be valued.
  • Experience in workshop methodology development and facilitation acting as a consultant when required.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and performing roles inside business areas will be highly valued.
  • The person should be organized, processoriented, and positive when following internal policies, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
  • Experience working in a team setting and ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization.
  • The person should be good to work under pressure and fast pacing environments.
  • The person must have a clear service orientation, cando attitude, and drive to achieve the goals proposed
