Search Engine Management/Optimization Specialists are responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI.


Scope of Responsibilities:


  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO

Qualifications:


  • Solid 1 year 2 years experience as an SEO/SEM specialist for a company in any related field.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Should be of legal age.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Amenable to working in an officebased setup.
  • Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required

Expected Start Date:
July 10, 2023


Salary:
$2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
