Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the generation and traceability of project communications.
  • Preparation of tools to control, supervise and monitor project documentation.
  • Rigorous monitoring of project progress and generate early warnings of deviations from the project baseline.
  • Preparation of internal and external project progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the project's procurement plan according to the engineering definition and approval of the client.
  • Support the logistics required to supply the project's materials during in their manufacturing or commissioning stage.
  • Support in the coordination with Engineering/Test/Commissioning personnel on the activities related to the Project deliverables.
  • Support in the analysis of particular risks and market conditions in order to avoid possible damages or prevent problems.

Minimum requirements

  • Electrical or Electronic Engineer
  • English level: High
