Join our team as a Technical Analyst in the End User Support Department. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in troubleshooting, data migration projects, and reporting. You will use your technical expertise to ensure smooth data transitions and provide comprehensive support to our clients, ultimately driving business success.


Key Responsibilities:

Migration Projects:

• Work on various migration projects using the AvePoint Fly tool to facilitate cloudtocloud data transfers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration errors in Fly, and communicate directly with clients on migration inquiries as necessary.
• Manage cloud, onpremises, or virtual servers to export data to Exchange or PST files.

Reporting and Data Management:

• Create and update comprehensive reports related to each migration project, using raw data to provide clear insights.
• Monitor migration progress and deliver detailed updates to the Director, ensuring project objectives are met.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance with migration projects for platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Slack, Teams, and Dropbox.
• Resolve issues using the Autotask ticketing system to ensure timely and accurate solutions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Technical Expertise: Experience in data migration projects involving Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Teams, and Dropbox.

Migration Tools: Strong knowledge of AvePoint Fly or similar third-party migration tools.

Excel Reporting: Advanced skills in Excel to create detailed migration reports using raw data.

Technical Support:
Proven experience in help desk or technical support roles.

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to clients and team members.


Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on cloud and onpremises migration projects.
• Understanding of Autotask or similar ticketing systems.

Pay:
$6 - $7 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
