  • We are hiring a

Call Center Trainer to work onsite in Bogota Colombia. The Call Center Trainer will be responsible for training call center agents to support a finance account.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct face to face and/or virtual classroom training,
  • Create a positive learning environment and ensure that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve the learning objectives.
  • Review, edit, assemble, and distribute learning materials and teaching aids.
  • Answer routine inquiries regarding training courses and schedules.
  • Prepare periodic, standardized reports and analyses of development and training needs
  • Operate audio visual equipment during training programs
  • Identify and communicate errors, gaps or inaccuracies in the training materials
  • Work with vendors and other thirdparty sources to coordinate technical or professional training offerings
  • Provide administrative support to the learning and development team, as needed
  • May supervise new hires posttraining

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a trainer or related position preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and internet
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
