- The ability to understand business processes and (product) structures, taking requirements from user stories and implementing within system backend.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting issues and raising defects if necessary
- Establishing good relationships with all colleagues.
- Managing technical documentation and processes.
- Assist in the training of employees in using the software.
- Performing diagnostic tests.
- 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a SaaS/Cloud environment
- Experience with CPQ solutions, Experlogix is a plus
- Experience with CRM solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Experience with JIRA
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, working within is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
