Position:
Remote Voice Agent (Hourly/Contractual)
We are looking for WFH agents who have amazing customer service skills, highly attentive to detail, and can quickly navigate a computer, while also excited to learn and hone new skills


Job Responsibilities/Duties (But Not Limited To):

• Leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) you track live food orders at restaurants
• Data entry and transcription
• Communicate with the team to report situations, issues, orders and provide product feedback
• Learning, understanding, and adapting to updates in a fast moving environment

Job Skills Required (But Not Limited To):

• Strong listening skills and able to follow instructions very well
• English speaking (also looking for Spanish speakers)
• Excellent communication skills (Ie. asks questions when unsure)
• High attention to detail
• Able to think quickly on their feet
• Remains calm under pressure
• Takes initiative
• Type 60+ words/minute

Relevant and Preferred Experience In:

• Fast Food or Quick Service Restaurant
• Customer Service/Call Center
• Data Entry
• Video Games

From $20,318 per hour

• Customer service: 3 years (required)
• Restaurant: 1 year (required)
