Descripción del empleo

• As the Process Lead, you'll sit in the senior leadership team and be responsible for the excellent delivery of all of our work. This role analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to safeguard quality, timelines, productivity, efficiency and delivery throughout our production cycles.
• You'll deep dive into the client universe to truly understand business needs, identify pain points and map a fitting way to operationalize our team to deliver.
• Your focus will be on quality and efficiency and together with our account and production teams, you'll help to shape new workstreams and the teams associated with them.
• You'll bring all our inhouse talents together to make sure great work is produced, in addition to overseeing processes to scale talent as needed.
• You'll be responsible for resourcing against budgets to ensure we can deliver work at speed, and drive overall masterplans establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.

Requisitos:

• Experiência manejando cuentas multinacionales
• Conocimiento integral: en procesos 360° de Agencia (creatividad y medios)
• Experiência laboral en Productora.
• Deseable: Manejo de herramientas de project management (Smartsheet, Monday, Proworkflow, u otras).
• Excelente manejo de Excel
• Indispensable Ingles avanzado ( C1-C2)
