    Job Responsibilities

    • Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium- to high-complexity applications.
    • Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
    • Recommend industry standards, tools, and practices to ensure well-engineered software products.
    • Propose improvements and escalate risks or issues related to development activities.
    • Review team member work and provide constructive feedback.
    • Learn and apply new technologies as required by the project.
    • Engage in internal and external tech communities.
    • Share knowledge and experience to contribute to team growth.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of programming paradigms (OOP, Functional) and familiarity with design/architectural patterns.
    • Experience with database systems, version control systems, and testing/mocking frameworks.
    • Proficient in HTML and CSS.
    • Nice to have: Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, and familiar with Agile methodologies.
    • Familiar with communication protocols and standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
