Working Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm PST, Monday to Friday

Location: LatAm (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Work with our e-commerce site design, development, and optimization team to design, build, launch, manage Shopify, Shopify Plus, and BigCommerce stores.
• Manage concurrently multiple (10+) site design, development, and optimization projects.
• Turn client requests into detailed requirements for the design and development team. Help fill gaps by asking the client and/or senior project manager specific questions.
• Collect and organize all information or assets needed from the client for our design and development team to execute a project.
• Help configure and set up products, collections, store settings, images, copy/text, etc in Shopify stores for clients.
• Serve as the client's main day-to-day point of contact and manage internal and external communications via email, our project management tool, and Slack.
• Responsible for the daily progress of projects. Ensure the designer and developer on every project are making the progress needed to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to extrapolate accurate project details from multiple sources to determine an appropriate course of action.
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring that final deliverables meet all project goals and requirements.
• Communicate with the SENIOR project manager daily. Escalate any issues that require sensitive client communications or strategy conversations with the client.
• Act as the client's champion, pushing for excellence, extreme client satisfaction, and alignment with the client's business goals.
• Serve as the liaison between client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives through actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Create timelines and facilitate backlog task management, sprint planning, and weekly/daily updates from the team.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the execution and management of digital creative and technology projects.
• 5 years of e-commerce experience on Shopify or any similar e-commerce
• Platforms: Wix, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), WooCommerce, Squarespace, Big Cartel, Weebly, 3dcart, Volusion, OpenCart.
• Above Average Communication Skills in English.
• Provide your computer with fast and reliable internet access.
• Any prior remote work experience (being part of a remote team).
• Experience managing a remote team of designers and developers or other team members.
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate those details to the team and client.
• I am not afraid to speak up and bring up sensitive issues with upper-level management.
• Extreme to the point of obsession with the organization.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
