What success looks like in this role:

Estudiante de ciclo técnico y/o tecnológico de carreras de las TICs, con aval para iniciar de manera inmediata sus prácticas.

Funciones:

Apoyo administrativo y operativo en la operación del proyecto Heineken, validación y control de tiempos y ausentismos de todos los agentes.

Monitoreo a la operaciòn en relación a factores cuantitativos de llamadas, chats, tickets y gestión.

Modalidad de trabajo híbrido: 3 días a la semana en la oficina y 2 en casa.

Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 5 pm.

Oficinas ubicadas en Rionegro - Antioquía y Bogotá D.C.
