- Independently conduct candidate searches from a variety of sources. Assess applicant skills and accurately represent the Company's business environment and culture to applicants. Screen candidates and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key functional leaders and Hiring Managers to forecast current and future recruitment needs and develop cost-effective recruiting strategies aligned to business objectives. Identify the ideal skill set and experience needed to attract top talent.
- Design, build, and implement innovative recruitment programs.
- Advise, educate, and influence hiring managers on candidate skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions.
- Drive the entire interview process through offer negotiations; determine fit and qualifications of all candidates. Consult with hiring managers on evaluation and selection of final candidates. Update and maintain applicant tracking and requisition databases.
- Ensure recruiting programs and processes align with strategic plans and business unit goals; make recommendations for process updates to increase effectiveness and/or compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned; adhere to corporate policies including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years recruiting experience.
- Strong English language proficiency, including fluent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong preference for recruiting experience in a global company.
- Standard work environment
- Majority of time spent on PC
- Travel required, may be domestic or international

Job Summary
Design, build, and implement innovative recruitment programs. Interview and screen applicants, conduct reference checks, coordinate pre-employment travel, reporting dates, background checks and employment processing. Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. Proactively source candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract roles.
