Responsibilities:

The time for becoming one of our Senior Design Lead at Endava Bogotá has arrived

You will oversee helping our team to keep growing, identifying different opportunities and implementing new dynamics to our people. The challenges will be both technically and in management stuff

We're looking for a person interested in being not only a technical but a people's leader of this big discipline.

Some of the requirements are:

Advanced English Level

- +5 years developing solutions

Negotiation Skills
Leadership Skills
Help to improve the career path of the members of the development discipline
Be a technical referent to the endava community
Technical Reference

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong Knowledge in Java

Experience with Linux (preferable)
Able to work with Differents Languages

Should be willing to work in other technologies (python,.NET, data) experienced in software design.
SQL (mandatory)
Strong Knowledge in Java
Experience with React JS
Design Architectures
